Introduction to Delivery Products
Each country’s postal service offers different delivery products, delivery duration, tracking information, and pricing. You select your preferred delivery product in the Send Overview for each country. Pingen automatically calculates the price per letter and the total for the entire dispatch based on the shipping method and the printing options you choose.
By clicking on "Delivery Product" button, a drop-down menu opens to show all the shipping methods available in the specified recipient country. Greyed-out options are not available.
